Highlights or full coverage?

Event Highlights (from AED 2,500) is up to four hours of coverage, 80 edited photos and a 60-second highlight reel, delivered the next day. It fits launches, brunches, panels and internal events where one reel and a photo set are what gets shared.

Full Event Coverage (from AED 6,000) is a full day with multiple cameras: photo plus a cinematic recap film, a same-day social highlight, speaker and stage clips, and sponsor and branding coverage. It fits conferences, award nights and anything with a stage, a sponsor deck or a keynote that has to be usable afterwards.

How to brief an event crew

Say what the footage is for before anything else: a same-night recap, a sponsor report, a keynote that will be cut into clips, a recruitment film. That decides camera positions, whether audio is a priority and whether someone edits overnight. Then share the run of show, the people who must be filmed, the moments that cannot be missed and the guests who must not be.

Venues, audio and permits

Most Dubai hotel ballrooms need the AV supplier and the venue told in advance that an external crew is filming, and load-in is often the morning of the event. Speaker audio must come from the mixer, not a camera microphone fifteen metres back. Anything airborne needs prior approval, and near an airport approach or over a crowd the answer is usually no.

Delivery

Highlights are delivered the next day. Full coverage produces a same-day social highlight, with the recap film and full photo set following. Rush delivery is available when the reel needs to go out the same night.

Recurring events

Weekly brunches, ladies' nights and monthly series do not need a weekly crew. Two proper shoots build a library, weekly cuts keep the account alive, and Event Highlights covers the nights that matter. Recurring programmes are scoped per venue in writing.
