A creative agency in Dubai,
what to expect.
For founders and marketing managers comparing creative agencies in Dubai: what the agency should cover, what it costs, how to choose one, how the work differs by industry, and how the first weeks run.
What a creative agency does in Dubai, and what it does not
The useful definition is four jobs under one roof: strategy and positioning, video production, paid distribution, and lead capture. A design studio does the look. A media buyer does the spend. A production house does the film. A creative agency is only worth the name when the four connect, so a reel is planned for the ad it will become and the ad is wired to a WhatsApp conversation.
Ask whether production is in-house or subcontracted. When the crew, the editors and the strategist sit in one team, nothing is lost between vendors and the timeline is one timeline.
What a creative agency costs in Dubai
Our published prices: Content from AED 12,000 a month (strategy and always-on production), Growth from AED 22,000 a month (content plus paid acquisition, lead capture and weekly cost-per-lead reporting), and Scale from AED 35,000 a month (a dedicated team with funnels, lead qualification and creator programmes). Custom scopes are available. Prices exclude 5% VAT and ad spend is paid to the platforms. Single productions such as brand films are quoted per project.
The first call ends with a number in writing, not a range. Fixed-price products can be booked without a call.
How to choose
Five checks. Work you can verify: reels you can watch, with view counts the client will confirm. Who films: named crew, not a marketplace. Who reports what: enquiries and cost per lead weekly, not reach once a month. Who owns the files and the ad accounts if you leave. And who answers the phone: a founder-led agency puts the person who sold the work on the work.
We wrote the same checklist for property companies in how to choose a real estate marketing agency in Dubai. The questions do not change by industry.
How the work differs by industry
Real estate: agent-led reels and listing sets on a 48-hour cycle, formatted for Instagram, Property Finder and Bayut. Hospitality: a content partnership on a monthly plan, as with Kempinski The Boulevard in Downtown Dubai. F&B and lifestyle: recurring formats such as brunch and ladies' night that need a new cut every week. Automotive and luxury: fewer pieces, higher production value, distribution to a narrow audience. Personal brands: monthly shoot days that turn one founder into 12 to 24 pieces.
The common thread is the system behind the feed: positioning, production, distribution, capture. The mix changes; the order does not.
How the first weeks run
An audit of your current channels within one business day. A strategy call the same week, ending with a written plan and a fixed price. First content in production within days of signing: shoot days booked, hooks written, the lead path wired to WhatsApp. Then weekly reporting on the numbers that matter: enquiries, cost per lead and content performance. Reach and likes are diagnostics, not the goal.
