1. Who we are

ONEBYONE CREATIVE AGENCY FZ-LLC (“OneByOne”, “we”, “us”) is a marketing agency registered with the RAK Free Trade Zone Authority at Al Hamra Industrial Zone FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, and working from Prism Tower, Business Bay, Dubai. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.

We are the data controller for that information. Questions and requests go to the address in section 9.

2. What we collect

Information you submit through our forms: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number, website or social handles, industry, budget range, timeline, and your message.

Technical context captured with your submission: the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, referring site, device type, and campaign parameters (UTM tags) when present.

Newsletter signups: your email address and the page you signed up from.

3. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and provide our services.

To understand which channels and pages bring serious inquiries, so we can improve our marketing.

To send you insights emails if you subscribed. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that host our infrastructure (e.g. website hosting, database) and only as needed to operate this site.

4. Legal basis

We process enquiry data because you asked us to respond and because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Newsletter emails and analytics or advertising measurement run on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a client relationship starts, in which case records are kept for the duration of that relationship and for seven years afterwards for tax and accounting purposes. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Cookies & analytics

This site uses technically necessary storage, for example to remember that you have seen the opening animation and to keep campaign parameters during your visit so we know which advertisement brought you here.

Analytics and advertising measurement load only after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or make no choice, Google Analytics 4, the Google Ads tag, the OpenAI Ads pixel and the Meta Pixel are never loaded and no conversion is reported from your visit, including from our server. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s storage in your browser, which brings the banner back.

When you have accepted, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, and advertising measurement from Google Ads, OpenAI Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to see whether our advertisements lead to enquiries. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. When you submit a form or tap a WhatsApp link, we tell these platforms that a conversion happened. This can include a hashed (irreversibly encoded) version of the email address or phone number you entered, used only to match the conversion to an advertisement.

Admin and client portal areas of the site do not load any analytics or advertising tools.

7. Where your data is held

Our website, database and email tools are operated by providers outside the United Arab Emirates, including Vercel and Neon for hosting, Google for analytics and advertising measurement, OpenAI and Meta for advertising measurement, and Resend for email. Your information is therefore transferred and stored abroad. We only use providers that commit to appropriate safeguards and to processing the data on our instructions.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its use, withdraw a consent you gave, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

If you appear in a film, photograph or case study on this site and want it removed, write to us and we will take it down while we check the permission on file.

If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
