1. About this website

This website is operated by ONEBYONE CREATIVE AGENCY FZ-LLC, registered with the RAK Free Trade Zone Authority at Al Hamra Industrial Zone FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, and working from Prism Tower, Business Bay, Dubai. By using this website you accept these terms.

2. Content & intellectual property

All content on this site, including copy, design, visuals, case study material, and the OneByOne name and marks, belongs to OneByOne or its clients and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Client names and campaign material are published where the client has given permission. If you are a client, or you appear in a film or photograph on this site, and you want the material removed, write to us at the address below and we will take it down while we check the permission on file.

Any figure shown reflects one specific engagement in a stated period. It is a record of what happened there, not a promise of the same outcome for anyone else.

3. Prices and tax

Prices shown on this website are in UAE dirhams and exclude 5% VAT. Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google is separate from our fees and is quoted separately.

4. Advertising for regulated sectors

Property marketing: for any listing or property promotion we produce or distribute, the client is responsible for holding the required Dubai Land Department and Trakheesi advertising permit and for giving us the permit number before publication. The client remains responsible for the accuracy of listing information, prices and availability.

Healthcare, clinics and aesthetics: the client is responsible for holding the advertising permit required by the Dubai Health Authority or the relevant health regulator, and for any patient consent used in the material. We do not make medical claims, we do not promise treatment outcomes, and we publish before and after material only when the client confirms it is permitted.

5. Inquiries & proposals

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship. Services are provided under a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, and terms. Proposals are valid until the date stated on them.

6. No warranties

This website is provided “as is”. While we keep information current, we make no warranty that all content is complete or error-free, and we may change the site at any time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneByOne is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
