Brunch, ladies' night, weekly series: how Dubai venues film recurring events without shooting every week
A weekly event needs weekly content, but not a weekly crew. The two-shoot library, the recap that goes out the same night, and what a recurring coverage programme costs in Dubai.

A Friday brunch, a Tuesday ladies' night, a Thursday DJ series: the events that keep a Dubai venue full are the ones that happen every week. They also need content every week, and no venue can afford a crew every week. Here is how we cover a recurring event so that the account looks alive fifty-two weeks a year.
The two-shoot library
We film the event properly twice: once at launch, once about six weeks in, when the crowd is real and the staff know the rhythm. Each shoot produces a library: the arrival, the room filling, the food coming out, the DJ, the moment the tables start talking to each other, the last hour. Cut into vertical pieces, that is enough for two to three posts a week for the next three months without repeating a clip.
The second shoot matters more than the first. Launch night is staff and friends. Week six is the audience you actually want to show.
The same-night recap
For the nights that matter (a guest DJ, a holiday brunch, a sold-out date), one operator, one hour, one edit, posted before midnight while the people who were there are still awake and sharing. Our Event Highlights package is built for this: fixed price from AED 2,500, delivered while the event still matters. It is the single most shared format for venues, because the guests do the distribution.
The reservation-first reel
Most venue content ends with a logo. The content that fills tables ends with the date, the time, the price per person and the WhatsApp number, on screen, in the first and last second. We make one of these per week from the library, updated with that week's details. It is not glamorous. It is the post that gets replied to.
The formats between shoots
- **Staff on camera.** The chef on one dish, the manager on one rule, the bartender on one drink. Filmed during the library shoots, released weekly.
- **The guest clip.** With permission, a table's reaction at the moment the show starts. Real faces beat b-roll.
- **The menu change.** A new dish gets a twenty-second piece from the kitchen, filmed on a content day, not on the night.
What we ask the venue for
A calendar of the dates that matter for the next quarter, a person on the night who can point us at the right table, and a rule about guests who do not want to be filmed, agreed before the doors open.
What it costs
Event Highlights start from AED 2,500 per event and Full Event Coverage from AED 6,000. A recurring programme (the two library shoots, weekly cuts and a set number of same-night recaps per month) is scoped per venue in writing. For venues that also want the account run day to day, monthly partnerships start from AED 12,000 per month.
A weekly event does not need a weekly shoot. It needs a library, a plan, and one recap on the nights that count.
Send us the event, the day it runs and the next three dates that matter. The Event Coverage Plan comes back within one business day with the programme we would run and a fixed price.
