Car rental and dealership content in Dubai: what gets a car booked, not just watched
Walkaround reels, delivery clips, the price-on-screen rule and why the same Lamborghini films differently for a rental than for a sale. Content ideas for Dubai automotive brands that lead to enquiries.

Dubai is full of car content, and most of it does the same thing: an exotic car, a slow pan, a trending sound, and no reason to message anyone. Views are easy in this category. Bookings are not. Here is what we film for rental companies and dealerships when the brief is enquiries.
Rental content and sales content are different jobs
A rental customer decides in minutes and wants three answers: what does it cost per day, is it available this weekend, and what does it feel like to drive out of the garage. A car buyer decides over weeks and wants trust: condition, history, the person selling it, the after-sales.
So the same car gets two different films. For rental, we film the moment of handover, the interior from the driver's seat, and the day rate on screen in the first two seconds. For sales, we film a proper walkaround, close-ups of the details a buyer would inspect, and the salesperson explaining one thing that is not in the listing.
Formats that produce enquiries
- **The delivery clip.** The car arriving at a hotel or villa, keys handed over, the customer's first look. Real customers when they agree, staff when they do not. This is the single most effective rental format we have filmed, because it shows the service, not just the car.
- **Walkaround with price on screen.** Thirty seconds, one car, day rate or asking price visible from the first frame. It filters out the audience that was never going to book, which is exactly the point.
- **Fleet in one place.** A weekly reel of what is available this weekend, filmed in the garage in twenty minutes. Low production, high intent.
- **The comparison.** Two cars from the same class side by side, honest differences, who each one suits. Buyers save these.
- **The drive.** Short, well-mounted driving footage on a road that reads as Dubai. Useful as the hook for the walkaround, rarely enough on its own.
What to put on screen, and what to leave off
Price, availability and the WhatsApp number belong on screen. Long captions, fifteen hashtags and the phrase "DM for price" do not. A rental company that hides the price is asking every viewer to do work, and most will not.
Production notes from Dubai roads
- Filming on public roads with a camera car needs planning and, on some routes, permits. We keep drive footage on roads we know and film the rest in the garage, a car park at sunrise, or a private location.
- Summer sun on dark paint is a reflection problem. Early morning and late afternoon only, or an underground garage with good light.
- One clean location beats five famous ones. The car is the subject; the Burj is not.
What it costs
Per-car reels are quoted before the shoot, based on the number of cars and locations in one day. Brand films for a dealership or a rental brand start from AED 8,000, and a monthly content engine, where we film the fleet on a fixed cadence and run the account, starts from AED 15,000 per month. Paid campaigns for enquiries are scoped separately, with media spend paid to the platform.
If a reel cannot tell a viewer what the car costs and how to get it, it is an advert for the manufacturer, paid for by you.
Send us your fleet or your current stock list and we will reply with a Fleet Content Plan: which cars to film first, in which format, and a fixed price, within one business day.
