Event videographer cost in Dubai: what the price actually includes

Event Highlights from AED 2,500, Full Event Coverage from AED 6,000. Where the money goes, what is usually missing from a cheap quote, and how to brief so the footage gets used.

Event quotes in Dubai vary by a factor of ten for what sounds like the same job. They are not the same job. Here is how ours are built, so you can compare like with like.

Our published prices

  • **Event Highlights, from AED 2,500.** Photo plus a punchy highlight recap of the key moments, delivered within 48 hours. For dinners, launches, brunches and smaller corporate events where one social-first crew can hold the room.
  • **Full Event Coverage, from AED 6,000.** The complete story: multiple operators, stage and audience, speaker and sponsor cuts, same-night social clips and a highlight film first cut the next morning. For conferences, galas and anything with a run of show.
  • **Recurring series, scoped per programme.** Weekly nights, monthly brunches, quarterly conferences. One crew, one look, a growing library.

Both fixed-price products are bookable directly, and both are described in more detail on our event coverage page.

Where the money goes

Roughly in this order: people on the day, the edit, and the equipment. A cheaper quote almost always removes people first, which is why so much event footage is a single wide shot of a stage with room audio.

  • **Operators.** Anything with a stage needs two: one locked on the stage, one roaming for reaction and detail. One operator cannot cover a keynote and the audience reaction that makes the keynote look attended.
  • **Audio.** A feed from the sound desk plus a backup recorder. Without it, every quote you wanted becomes a caption over silent b-roll.
  • **The overnight edit.** Social-first delivery means someone is cutting while the event is still on. That is a person, not a setting.

What a cheap quote usually leaves out

Read the deliverables line. If it says "edited video" with no length, no format and no delivery date, you will receive one horizontal file in two weeks. Ask specifically for vertical cuts, same-night clips, speaker cuts and a delivery time; those are what get shared, and they are what separate a AED 1,000 quote from a AED 2,500 one.

The brief that saves you money

Send the date, the venue, the guest count, the run of show, the three moments that matter most and what the content is for: sponsors, next year's ticket sales, the brand's Instagram. With those, a plan and a fixed price come back within a business day, and the crew arrives knowing where to stand.

Event content has a half-life measured in days. A recap delivered after the next event has started is a memory, not marketing.

Photo and video together

One crew, one brief, one look. It is usually cheaper than booking separately and the stills match the film. If you only need photography, our event photography page covers that on its own.

For a fixed price on a specific date, send us the brief through the free Event Coverage Plan.

Tell us about your business. We will show you where your attention, content, and lead generation system is leaking.
