How much does real estate video cost in Dubai? 2026 prices, explained

Property reels from AED 1,500, full listing sets from AED 3,500, monthly partnerships from AED 12,000. What each one includes, what moves the price, and when a cheaper option is the right one.

The honest answer is a range, and the range is wide because "real estate video" covers three different purchases. Here are our published prices, what they include, and the questions that actually decide which one you need.

The three products and their prices

  • **Property Reel, from AED 1,500.** One vertical film of one listing, shot and edited, delivered within 48 hours. This is the format that gets watched on Instagram and forwarded on WhatsApp. If you list occasionally and want one property to stand out, this is the buy.
  • **Full Listing Set, from AED 3,500.** Everything one property needs: a cinematic walkthrough, vertical reels and edited HDR stills, formatted for Instagram, Property Finder and Bayut. One shoot, every format.
  • **Monthly partnership, from AED 12,000 per month.** For brokerages that list every week: shoot days on a cadence, a dedicated editor, a strategist, and distribution. The per-listing cost drops sharply, and the account stays consistent.

Both one-off products can be booked at a fixed price. Partnerships are scoped on a short call.

What moves the price up

Three things, and none of them are secret.

  • **Access and time.** A villa on Saadiyat Island that needs a sunset and a sunrise is two visits. A Marina apartment with good afternoon light is one.
  • **People on camera.** Agent-led reels need direction and a little more time on set. They are also the reels that book viewings, so it is rarely where we would cut.
  • **Languages and versions.** A second-language cut for buyers abroad is editing and voice, not another shoot. Cheaper than most agents expect, and in our experience it is where a lot of the enquiry volume comes from.

What does not move the price

Drone shots, when they are needed, are part of the set, not an upsell. So are captions, formats per platform and a second round of edits. If a quote in Dubai lists these as extras, add them up before comparing.

When the cheaper option is right

A single reel is the right buy when the listing is exclusive, priced to move and photographed well already. Spending AED 3,500 on a listing you expect to close in two weeks is not always logical; spending AED 1,500 to make it close in one might be.

A full set is the right buy for a property that will sit on portals for a while, where stills and a walkthrough do the daily work and the reel does the launch.

A partnership is the right buy when the brokerage's problem is not one listing but the account: inconsistent posting, agents who have nothing to share, and leads arriving cold.

The most expensive video is the one that gets posted once and never used again. Formats per platform are what make one shoot pay for itself.

What "results" should mean before you pay

Views are not the KPI. Saves, shares, profile visits and WhatsApp messages are. For one Abu Dhabi brokerage, agent-led villa films in the buyer's language were part of what produced 79.1M account views in 90 days, published as the client supplied them; what mattered to their sales team was the enquiries those views produced. Ask any videographer in Dubai what they measure. If the answer is "views", keep asking.
